You may pay for your KCNE membership using the following methods:

  • American Express

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • Discover

  • Debit cards connected with either Visa or MasterCard

When using a debit card connected with either a Visa or MasterCard, you must have sufficient funds in your account at the time of charge, as we charge for classes at the time of registration.

Paying by Credit Card?

Using credit cards at KCNE.org is safe. KCNE only uses processing solutions that comply with the Payment Cardholder Information Data Security Standard, PCI-DSS, to protect your information. See PCI Security Standards. Credit cards are transferred in an encrypted form using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption. Credit card information is then stored at a highly-secured location, which meets all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover standards for security.

Having Difficulty?

If you’re having trouble entering your credit card number or received an email saying we are unable to proceed with your order, please consider the following:

  • Did you select the correct card type from the drop-down menu?

  • Did you enter the card number correctly?

  • Did you select a valid expiration date from the pull-down menu?

  • Did you enter your name as it appears on the card?

  • If you are using a new (or recently reissued) credit card, has it been activated?

Entering a Card Security Code

The Card Security Code (CSC) is a 3-digit or 4-digit number printed on your credit card. The number appears only on the card itself (not on receipts or statements), ensuring that anyone placing an order with CNPE.org has the card in his or her possession and is not using a stolen credit card number.

You can find your CSC in the signature box on the back of Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. For American Express cards, the CSC is always located above the account number on the card's face.

About Credit Card Security

The personal information you enter on KCNE -- including your billing information -- is protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use this technology to prevent your information from being viewable as it is transmitted over the Internet. The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers at restricted-access sites.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. IN NO EVENT SHALL KCNE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, WITHOUT REGARD TO THE FORM OF ANY ACTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTIONS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, COPYING, OR DISPLAY OF THE CONTENTS OF THIS SITE, EVEN IF CENTER FOR NONPROFIT EXCELLENCE OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CENTER FOR NONPROFIT EXCELLENCE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Cancellations received at least ten (10) working days before the scheduled event will receive either a 100% refund or credit allowance for another KCNE-sponsored service or learning program.

We make registration a customer-friendly process, accepting registration ahead of payment in many cases. If some of our seminars have more registrants than we can accommodate, we will maintain a waiting list. For this and other reasons, no other credit can be extended for less than three days' notice of cancellation. Substitutions may be made at any time.

KCNE does not sell, rent, or share your credit information with any third party.
