During this practical session with KCNE and South Sound Planned Giving Council we covered what happens when your organization is named as a charitable beneficiary. Attorney Amanda M. Nathan of Gordon Thomas Honeywell covered the basics of estate and trust administration, the differences between probate, trust, and non-probate assets, common causes of delay, and when to consult legal counsel. $27 per person, lunch was included.
