Janet (Jan) Aldrich Jacobs
Jan is Vice President and Philanthropic Client Manager with U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. Jan serves as the primary point of contact for existing philanthropic clients. She has dedicated more than three decades to helping nonprofit organizations and donors meet meaningful missions through philanthropy. Before joining U.S. Trust in 2017, she led fund development programs for organizations in Seattle and across the country, including the global health organization PATH, The Chrysler Museum of Art, Yellowstone Art Museum, and Make-A-Wish Alaska and Washington. She also directed major and planned giving programs at Seattle Symphony and managed capital and endowment campaigns for the Virginia Historical Society and several other cultural organizations.
She holds the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® designation, which equips financial professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to help clients reach both financial and philanthropic goals.She was honored to receive the 2016 Professional Achievement Award from the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Advancement Northwest Chapter. She is past president of the AFP Advancement Northwest Chapter and served on the boards of the World Affairs Council and Northwest Biomedical Research Association. Currently, she is a board member of Leave 10.pis.
